2. Disclaimers and Liabilities

Fees: We disclaim all liabilities and warranties related to the payment of fees applicable to the programs you have opted for through our platform. These fees include course fees for online degree or certificate programs directly paid to the respective university or institution. Payment Gateway Service: Our online payment facility is provided by a third-party Payment Gateway Service Provider. It is not a banking or financial service but merely a facilitator for ease of payment. The User agrees that all payments made through this service take a minimum of one to two working days to process. Authorization and Decline: While availing any payment method on our website, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising due to lack of authorization, payment issues, transaction declines, or use of the payment page maintained by the Payment Gateway Service Provider.

3. User Responsibilities

It is the User’s responsibility to make timely payments directly to the respective university or institution. Application Processing Fees: Amark Academy charges a non-refundable application processing fee for admission to its programs. This fee covers administrative costs related to reviewing applications. Counseling Charges: If you choose to avail of our career counseling services, additional charges may apply. These charges are separate from course fees and are payable directly to Amark Academy. University Payments: Some payments, such as tuition fees, may be processed directly to the university by Amark Academy on behalf of the student. These payments will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process.

4. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in processing fees paid through the Payment Gateway Service Provider. We are not acting as a trustee or in a fiduciary capacity with respect to payments made by the User.
